Refund & Cancellation Policy

Lotus & Luminary (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values transparency and clarity regarding all services offered. Please review this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before booking any session or service.

1. Refund Policy
All services offered by Lotus & Luminary, including Discovery Calls, one-to-one Subconscious Imprinting Technique (SIT) sessions, and multi-session packages, Acupuncture session, Massage sessions, In-Home visits, and any other appointment type not noted here are subject to this refund policy. Once a service is booked or a payment is processed, this policy comes into effect. Once a service is rendered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Refunds may be granted if your appointment was cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the appointment date & time.

Approved refunds are issued minus a 5% administrative processing fee. This covers admin costs & payment processing costs that are charged at the time of purchase and are not returned to us when a payment is refunded.

2. Cancellation Policy
To ensure availability for all patients and respect for our providers’ time, we kindly ask that appointments be cancelled or rescheduled through the provided links, with as much notice as possible.

Cancellations require at least 24 hours advance notice or a Late Cancellation Fee of half the normal hourly rate will be assessed. A no show is when no advance notice is given before the appointment.

Cancellation & rescheduling links will expire once the 24 hour mark has passed and this policy stands.

More than three same-day cancellations or no-shows within a rolling 12-month period may result in online scheduling privileges being suspended. Future appointments may need to be phoned in and prepaid at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation Fees:

  • Late Cancel Massage 60 Minutes/No Show - $80

  • Late Cancel Massage 90 Minutes/No Show - $112

  • Late Cancel Acupuncture 60 Minutes/No Show - $87

  • Late Cancel Acupuncture / SIT Combo Session - $137

  • Late Cancel SIT Session/No Show - $80

4. Accommodation Exception:
We understand that occasional late cancellations are unavoidable, thus we will give one free Late Cancel per calendar year as a courtesy to our clients.

We recognize that some clients may experience medical, disability-related, or other circumstances that can make advanced notice difficult. If this applies to you, please let us know. We will review each situation individually and make reasonable accommodations when appropriate, consistent with our commitment to equitable care.

If you are unable to attend due to illness, mobility barriers, or another valid reason, please contact us as soon as possible. Communication helps us support your needs and keep your scheduling privileges active. We appreciate your understanding.

5. Nature of Services
Due to the personalized, time-based, and energetic nature of one-to-one services:

  • Sessions require dedicated preparation and reserved time.

  • Services are delivered live and cannot be returned or reversed.

  • Outcomes and experiences vary by individual.

For these reasons, all sales are subject to these terms.

6. Responsibility & Agreement
By booking a service with Lotus & Luminary, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy and accept full responsibility for your booking decision.

7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
